As I understand it so far, if we eat the correct types of food, probably as they did during WW2 in Britain, when there were more people growing their own vegetables,we will eventually change our genes for the better but this won't happen until four generations. Is this correct?

Not exactly, We can change our own genetic destiny right now by making simple diet and lifestyle changes. In Pottenger's study though it did take four generations to completely restore the cats back to the perfection of the control cats. So, the sad truth is we've dealt our children (and in many cases been dealt ourselves) a tougher hand than our ancestors. But we can take back control of our genetic destiny.  What is particularly important is what we feed our children. As we show in the book what girls eat between the ages of eight and eleven and boys eat between the ages of nine and twelve will have a profound effect on there children and there grandchildren!

So basicly by changing our eating habits and teaching our kids to do this too, we can go back to the genetic coding or the perfect humans?
